Title: PrairieFyre Call Accounting Trunk Utilization

Can anyone recommend a report from PrairieFyre's Call Accounting that will help us see overall trunk utilization.

Traffic Trunk by Period, or Traffic Trunk by Day of Week should get you what you're looking for.

I'm trying to use this report, but my SIP trunks aren't in the list of trunks. When I try to add them in Your Site Explorer, it wants a trunk reporting number. I can't see anywhere in my SIP Profiles to set a trunk reporting number. I'm not sure where to go from here..  MCD6.0SP1 and CCM Ent. 6.0.2.3

I think that would be the SMDR Tag.

Ralph, I owe you a cold beverage. That has got things going. The silly thing is I looked at that and even read the help and decided it didn't sound like what I was after..  ::)
