Our Border gateway has been under some suspicious attacks so our Mitel Provider has changed our access to minimum Admin support and reset all passwords however now we are unable to add or make changes to user accounts in the vmas. we are receiving a Failed to start MiXML session. Login failed: MissRC-Failed-in-ICP error, I'm guessing the password but unable to change it

Do you have "Single Point Provisioning Enabled" in network elements on the vmas?
Sounds like the Mas can no longer connect to the 3300
On the same page you have IP and login details that the mas uses to connect to the 3300
Check these are correct

As of last week when we were troubleshooting with Mitel, yes single point was enabled however the changes were made and I no longer have visability to the settings. I will contact our vendor and verify, thank you.
