Is it possible to block incoming calls from a specific number on the SX200ICP?

Man!   I see this request a lot.
Just ain't gonna happen.

I'm actually working on a 3rd party app that I may do it with but it's been quit a challenge. 
I'm having to learn a whole new architecture and it's just ain't that easy.
