Title: Voice mail to All users?

How do I send a blanket voice mail to all users?
Each location has a different voice mail ext number. (not sure if that matters)

Two things you could do:
1. Record a BROADCAST message from within the admin mailbox.
2. Create a Group List with all users, then any mailbox can record a message to it.

But both of these will work only on the local voice mail system unless the voice mails are networked (Voice Processor Messaging Networking license purchased and enabled at each site).  With the license you could create a big group list.
