I have an issue with the IP 5324 Phone. When making a hands free call, we can hear the caller, but the caller can't hear us UNLESS we pick up the handset. This issue is not consistent. This happens at random. Is this a network issue? Carrier issue? Hardware issue?

I have had quite alot of problems with the 5312 & 5324's all very wierd. Screen going off, handests stop working etc. I presume you have the Mic switched on. In the end they go back to Mitel as covered under guarantee.

Yup, the mic is on. It is strange, I made a couple of calls hands free with no problem, and then one of our employees had me dial another number hands free from my phone and the caller could not hear me. I picked up the handset and the caller could hear me just fine. So you don't think this is a network or carrier issue?
