Title: Double Voicemail Greeting

Hey Everyone,

I am noticing an issue with external callers hearing the voicemail greeting twice when the users' phone is set to DND or they are on the line. Has anyone else experienced this? I ahve roamed through the logs on nupoint, unable to find anything. This could be perhaps because there are roughly 1 billion log types in the log viewer.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There was a DPAR on this a couple months ago. Contact Mitel, they had a patch for it.

bluewhite4 is right.
I think latest Nupoint release corrected the issue also

Curious to find out if anyone else ran into this problem and got it resolved after an update?
