Post by: markdevoll on May 24, 2014, 04:51:34 PM
i have a 5330 phone that i can get calls on and make calls but i dont get any audio. i set the phone to nat and i did port fowarding.

69 tcp and udp
3998-3999 TCP
4000 and 44000 TCP (If you want to administer the system remotely)
5004-5007 UDP Range
5060 UDP (Not needed for IP endpoints but sometimes needed for SIP Trunks)
5566 TCP
5567 UDP
5570 TCP
6004-7039 UDP Range
6800-6802 TCP Range
20001 UDP
50098-50508 UDP Range
if i connected the phone to the same network and change the phone to native it works.
the 5000 is on 6.0.10.77
i tried port foward and dmz for the phone system and no change.
any ideas?

Markdevoll,

Make sure that the Network Group is not set to Peer-2-Peer or P2P.

Is this the only remote phone that you have? If so make sure the IP Connection for the phone system, usually P6000 has the public IP address that the phone is pointed to.

Thanks,

TE

Also make sure the system NAT IP address is set correctly under IP settings.

Also make sure the system NAT IP address is set correctly under IP settings.
And don't forget to set the public IP address under Devices & Feature Codes -> IP Connections -> P6000 -> NAT IP Address

ANd you set the endpoint to NAT and not Native
