Title: VoIP Firmware

A few weeks ago we purchased our first 5320 VoIP phone and I noticed the the firmware on the phone is from 2011 (4.01.xx)  Can someone tell me what the the current version of the firmware is and how do I go about getting the latest version?   We are only testing this phone for now before we roll them out to some of the people in our office.  The reason I am looking for this is we want to set u the screen savers with the company logo and it says I need version 4.2 or better.  The office is using a Mitel 5000 version 5.0 SP2

The firmware will upgrade (or downgrade) to match the 5000 controller.

I've just had a look at a customers V5 SP2 and the Applications form is there under Phone Related Information so you should be good to go as far as I can see!

Thanks, I do see the default screensaver application under Phone Related info as you mentioned.
