We are in the process of upgrading a customer from an older Inter-Tel CS v2.x to the latest Mitel 5000 v6.0. They had 75 CAT A, 1 PRI, and 1 DEI license. They bought a new system and flash card. The old CS had a PEC in it. We moved it over the new HX.
Did the database conversion to include 64 CAT A, 2 add'l CAT D, and 48 CAT E.
Everything works great except the remote/offsite IP phones. There is no audio.

Did you make sure that the path still existed for them to get to the Controller? Public IP, VPN, etc..
What types of phones are they? They may require a firmware upgrade.
