Title: Unable to see status from UCA console...

I've got a user who we assigned the "console" license to.  For some reason, this user can not see any of the stats of the other users?

I checked online for a youtube vid of someone else using the console and they are able to view the other users status just fine from the UCA console. 

Does my UCA console user also need a Destop License on-top of the console license in order to see the other users status?

Solved.  The console user also needs an advanced desktop license.

Reviving old thread.

I have two console licenses but can't seems to figure out how to assign them in MiCollab???
Any clues?

Go to the user account information and expand out the "Licensed Features".  From there you should be able to check the box to add the Console option to a user.
