Hello Yall,
We are a Message on Hold Company that usually contracts Phone technicians throughout the world to install our MoH players. I am trying to determine whether a Mitel 3300 MXe III has an external MoH port, or if we should email the MoH audio files to the client's phone vendor to have them load them onto the system.
If the phone system supports storing and playing audio files internally, then what is the supported file format and is there any file size limit.?
Thank you so much for your help

You can do either. I don't have the specs in front of me for the embedded format. Maybe someone else can post those for you.

MOH should 8Khz/Mono/uLaw format.
Limit is 32 minutes I believe.

Yes, they have a 1/8" jack on the back for external MOH. You can do it by file based, but my experience is the quality just isn't there compared to external.
