Title: Call routing via auto attendant
Post by: Rick La Grande on May 07, 2014, 05:08:47 PM
Looking for help on how to route calls from a single 800 number via a PRI to 4  SX 200s all running 5.2.0.12. I know how to do basic programming on these system but not for sure how to get this accomplished. They are all 4 connected using 3 ip nodes at this time. I was told by Mitel this would work. Does anyone know how to program it? I have HG/RG set up on all 4 sites. The PRI goes in to site 1 and customer would like Auto Attendant to be press 1 for site 1, press 2 for site 2 and so on.

The auto attendant would work, in the site that is local create 3 phantom extensions each being forwarded always to sites 2, 3 and 4. You could create transfer only mailboxs 1, 2, 3, 4, with the correct transfer extension.
