Title: Mitel UCA on iphone rings quiet when off (standby), loud when on

I've got the Mitel UCA on our warehouse Iphones.  Its working so far so good.

One odd thing is if you phone someone with UCA on their iphone and its off (standby), it will ring very quiet.  Then as soon as you swipe it on, it rings loud.

Any clue how to change this?

Got a youtube vid of it if anyone cares.  Its very odd...seems to do it some times, other not...
