Title: Forward calls if I do not answer Mitel UCA...
Post by: unclejemima on April 30, 2014, 02:36:03 PM
I need help setting up the Mitel UCA for our warehouse staff.

I've got a status of "On Lunch" setup for the users.  I tried to set the rule so that if the status is set to "On Lunch" and they do not answer, send calls to the 4000 extension.

The example I'm working with is a user who's extension is 4001.

If under preferential contacts, I choose "Everyone" and send to 4000 if I do not answer, I can call 4001 and let it ring a million times and it won't pass the calls off to 4000.

Also, I tried changing the condition to "imeditaly" and it still does not work.  It always just phones the 4001 extension.

I'm hoping with the attached screenshot someone can offer some insight.

Change the option "Send my calls to:" from (My Ring Group) to 4000
