Title: Managing HX running 5.0.3.46

What version of DB programming do I need to manage an HX running 5.0.3.46? I have downloaded "Mitel 5000 DB Programming Plug-ins versions 2.3-5.0 Download" from MOL, which contains [amongst others] "DBP_5_0_4_70-plugin.exe", which I have installed. SAD connects fine to the system and reports the expected info [version, extensions, etc]. However, when I try to open DB programming, it asks me which version I want to use [5.1.0.x or 5.0.4.x] and neither work ["Unable to start session. The required version of DB Programming is not installed"]. I have tried this on a few different machines with the same results.

I can't see any other likely-looking version of DB programming available from MOL. Do I really need a more specific version of DB programming than 5.0.4.x?

You need the 5_0_3_38 plug-in. It's on the old Intertel FTP under Emergency Builds.

Where is the Intertel FTP site? I've never dealt with Intertel before, and had assumed HX was a Mitel box.

It is a Mitel product, but Mitel still updates the Intertel FTP site with patch releases and whatnot before they become available on MoL. I'd call into tech support and get the URL / credentials. I can't give that out in a public forum...
