Title: unwanted calls

Hi,
  I have an extension here which receives 30-40 calls a day, and every time she answers just gets dial tone. How can I eliminate this? Thanks.

First we need to know where these calls are coming from.
If they're externally sourced they isn't much you can do other than try and track down the offenders and get them to fix their problem.

Is there caller ID when the calls come in?
Are there SMDR records for the call?
