I have one extension that is not receiving pages. I have traded phones and did not solve problem. I have looked through all the flags and and it seems to be set the same as all the other phones/extensions on the system. I have tried code 325 to turn page receive on/off...still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. BTW - I am not an experienced Mitel administrator, I am a general IT systems administrator tasked with doing minimal phone system support as needed. Thanks!
Also, if it matters, it is 5320 phone on a 5000CP system...

What're you dialing to page the phone?

I am referring to the phone not being able to hear general system pages from any extension on the system.

BTW - I have also checked the handsfree volume to make sure it is turned up and it works on speakerphone during a call, it just does not work to hear a system page.

You'll need access to database programming, to make the phone is a member of the page zone.

Thanks DND ON!! I have to test for sure, but the "Pages Zones" appears to have been the issue. Thanks again!

Which is where I was going with my previous question. 7+zone number and it's not coming through means the phone isn't part of the page zone. Gotta love IT guys...
