Title: Mitel 3300 with 5312 handsets volume reverts to default/quiet

Hi,

I'm getting complaints by a department that their 5312 handsets are constantly quiet when answering calls, each time they have to manually press the volume up button several times on the phone to hear callers. Is this something that is controlled on the 3300 system at all? That i can force the set handsets to be on max volume without interaction?

Look forward to any advice given!

There is an option in the phones COS Handset Volume Adjustment Saved
Set it to Yes.

Only works if volume is set to one step down from max. Its in the help file somewhere.
