Title: MITEL 5624 definition file needed

Hi all,

I have a few 5624's and a programmer here but no definition files, is anyone able to help out by providing me with the necessary files / configs / steps that go with building one of these phones?

When you go to install the phone, don't you see 5624 on the drop down?

First of all, do you have the necessary IP user and voicemail lisences? If so, go to Users and Devices, User and Device Config. Go to Add Default User and Device. For Device Type choose 5624, which I can see is a SIP phone. Put in name and number you want to use, go to Voice Mail tab and check the box. Save. If I missed something someone else please chime in. Thanks.

okay that is all done.

Whats next? I still need a definition file correct?
