Title: UCA 6 on Win7 x64 Unable to dial...sometimes

Running UCA 6.0.220.0 on Windows 7 x64

I can always dial internal staff in the directory.  However sometimes I can not dial external users via the "personal" entry.  This was never an issue on the UCA 4.X

On this new version, sometimes it dials and sometimes it doesn't.  I haven't figured out the common denominator yet. 

Has anyone encountered this, and if so, resolved it?

Haven't had any issues with dialing anyone really.
Are the problem ones formated in a certain way in your address book, different from others? ie in E.164 format?
