Title: SX200 System Option number question
Post by: Crowtalks on April 14, 2014, 05:34:31 PM
I was programming some analog extensions and received a MOS warning about exceeding the license.

What does system option (maximum devices) cover? Does it cover all user devices allowed, including IP phones, that will receive an extension number? If that's not it, what does it mean?

After I received the error, I asked the programming engineer that designed the system and ordered the licenses what this option means and "his highness" can't be bothered to answer the question so I can find out what has been exceeded.

Thanks, Jim

It includes everything programmed as a "device", you can go into maintenance and see a screen with all devices in use/programmed.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

When I go into Maintenance - Show - Device, I don't find an option to see all the devices...

sorry if this seems simple, but I am fairly new to the 200 platform...

Try Maintenance -> System -> Show -> LN_APP_COUNT
