Title: Inser softkey is missing in form 26 -

Hi All,

I'm trying to add an entry to Form 26 - ARS: Digit Strings.However the softkeys INSERT,CANCEL, DELETE, ENTER, **MORE** are all missing ,is this a known issue ? is there a fix for it ?I'm on  SX-200_ICP_4.0.4.9 MX

Any Suggestions?Attached is the screenshot

Are you logged in as INSTALLER? It looks like your login does not have R/W permissions for Form 26, only Read permissions.

I never had this problem before,and I have R/W permissions for all other forms but this one.
