Title: 5000 and 8 Port MCA

We just upgraded our MAS 3 to MAS 5 and upgraded our AWC to MCA.

The MCA is on a different IP address than the older AWC.

When we dial the 2990 to get into the system, I get a busy.

The 5000 still sees the old IP addresses of the AWC.

We don't see a setting on the MCA to change.  It does see the 5000.

And we don't see on the 5000 where to repoint from the old AWC to the new MCA.

Can someone point us in the right direction?

Figured it out.  5000 was in the DMZ and I had a firewall rule so it could talk to the AWC.  When the AWC moved IP addresses, the rule was invalid.  I merely updated the rule with the new IP address of the upgraded MCA - and then I restarted the MCA services.
