Title: Install UCA/MBG from USB

Just wanted to share what i have learnt with the forum.

I found it very useful when installing MAS that you can do it all form USB

I also found it annoying that you could not do this with single app installs on the MSL (Standalone UCA or MBG)
You can only install blades from CD or from AMC
Please correct me if i'm wrong.

So i went about finding away to do it.
