Title: UCA 6.0 - SXERR_FEATURE_NOT_ALLOWED

Hello,

I have program a UC Endpoint softphone. When I try to dial out, it says unable to dial out and in the event viewer,  it shows "SXERR_FEATURE_NOT_ALLOWED"
 
MiTAI/Tapi Computer Integration is enable.
Group Presence Control, Group Presence Third Party Control, HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed, HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed is set to yes and Voice Mail Softkey Allowed is set to no.

Any Idea?

MCD 5.0 SP2 or higher, or 5000 v5.1, is required for UCA Softphone.

It is a SIP softphone, did you go through the step-by-step guide in the UCA Admin guide for the MCD/5000 and the endpoint? There is more that needs to be done in SIP settings and stuff.
