Title: Forwading extensions to an external phone line

Hi,


We have  sx-200 .I am wondering if we can forward phone(extensions) to an external phone . i can forward the extensions(internally)  by the super key or through the console  but i do not know how can i forward them to an external phone .I have access to the console(sx-200 ICP Management)  but i do not know how to configure it .i really appreciate for any help.

You forward to a System Speed Call that is pointed to an outside number, you cannot forward to an external number directly.

I believe in the technician's handbook is a step-by-step guide on how to do this... there is a system option, COS options, and trunk interconnect settings that need to be changed.
