Title: v6.0 sp3 after update no cli on 5604 handsets

After update from 5.0 to 6.0 sp3 i have no cli information on 5604 handsets in a ringgroup, instead the ringgroupnumber is displayed.
According to Mitel this will be fixed in release 7, anyone an other suggestion?

This problem is since 6.0.
Same behaviour for SIP phones in a ring group.
Tech support do not have any solution. They basically say "deal with it"...

If you have a "ring all" ring group, you could program a single line with same ext num on all phones. If you have a cascade ring group, a hunt group can pretty do the same thing.

for the time being i've created personal ringgroup containing a "dummy" user (trusted user, so no license needed), with the 2 5604 handsets added
this works fine :)

This is one of the new options for release 7.0 may/june timeframe.
