My phone vendor is saying that he cannot pass outgoing callerID on the system. We have a PRI line and phone compnay will pass multiple outgoing CallerID for the DID's we have. He says there is no place in the system where you can specify an outbound CallerID, so Phone company receive no callerID and passes the billing number as callerid.
Also he is saying that he can only configure the system with a 192.168.xx.xxx address and not the range we need to use 10.xxx.xxx.xxx. Is it True

Ok, The 200 ICP isn't my background so for the outbound I went to the DOCS. The feature is called Calling Number Substitution. CPN. For a 200ICP with a NSU it is done via the IMAT software.
For the embedded PRI card I found this note:
Note: If Calling Party Number (CPN) substitution is programmed, make sure
that Form 22, ARS: Modified Digit Table, contains an entry with CPN enabled
for embedded PRI. Entries for offboard PRI cards and NSUs should have
CPN disabled.
So the answer is: the 200ICP can show your outbound caller ID number. However, you need to be sure your carrier is set up to do that. The carrier may have that feature turned off.

Not true. There are however some reserved IP addresses that are used only internally to the system and cannot be changed:
192.168.10.1 - 192.168.10.255
192.168.11.1 - 192.168.11.255
192.168.12.1 - 192.168.12.255
192.168.13.1 - 192.168.13.255

As stated above that is not true. We are running 10.10.0.0 on our network. Although we are not using the 200 as the dhcp server.

If the PRI is connected to an embedded T-1 module the place to configure outbound caller ID is in the ARS modified digit forms, consult the e-doc's for more info and yes the IP address is configurable(form 47). Be careful, if the ICP is also configured as a DHCP server options (addresses) will need to be adjusted there as well and will require a reboot.
