Hey, John. I have these Texas Steer steel toe boots that I bought at Kmart and I love them. Look similar to the Army desert boot. Very comfoftable and going on 2 years with plenty of meat left. Thanks.

Red Wing's are awesome too. I've never owned a pair, but heard nothing but good press about them. Tim's are uncomfortable from my experience. You know who I used to get in the 80's, but I don't think they are around anymore? Knapp Shoes. They were great!
