When I open the UCA IOS app I receive the following error: Connection with UCA server is DOWN
The app functions otherwise. How can I prevent this error from appearing when the app is opened?

Thanks pmhaynes, but that option is already set to off. I still see the error when I open the app. Any other potential causes?

What is the likely cause of the error in the first place. I have it too. Placing calls etc and voicemail all work but I regularly get the above error.

When are you using it on? iPAd, iTouch, iPhone or iWhat? Do you have a wifi or other connection when you open the App? Wonder if it is reporting the previous status of losing the connection when the app was closed.
