Title: Transfer to eMEM dial-by-name

Hey guys,

I've got a customer... All mailboxes are in Mitel Express Messenger and we are looking to move auto attendant to Nupoint. Mailboxes will remain in eMEM.

Customer would like to keep dial-by-name... So I have to find a way to transfer from a call from a Call Director menu to eMEM dial-by-name feature.

In theory, that would be simple. It would look like <emem hunt group> <pause> 9.

Tried a a lot of things... none work :

• Blind Transfer to a speedball that looks like "5000P9". "P9" is ignored. Call just go straight to eMEM default auto attendant menu
• Same thing with supervised transfer
• Alternate transfer with all kind of strings do not work. Tried "S+5000++9H", "S+5000++9G" etc. Again, pauses are ignored
• Thought of a complex setup involving a loopback XNET route with pauses and account codes... Customer has a standalone base package so that is not possible

Anyone have an idea?
