Title: Problem with distinguish the ringing sound of the external and internal calls in

Greetings: Please we need to differentiate the ringing of incoming calls when dialing internationally and by voice mail and transferred to Ext does not distinguish the ringing sound is equal to an internal call.

Hi. The only thing I know you can do on a 5340e for instance is, using the Superkey, change the pitch and cadence of the ring, but this is not per line. It is for the whole device. Anyone else? Thanks.

Not sure if you can pass the double ring through. The trunk double rings ( external call ) to the voicemail but then is answered. It is then a transfer from the voicemail to an extension. Without looking at the display to see the CLID I don't think you can do anything.
