Title: Multi-Device Suites Records ISSUE !

Hello Everyone

This is my first POST and I am happy entering Mitel field.
I have a problem with Multi-Device Suites I was adding records there until I reached a certain number around 355 records and next it gave me there is no more room for new records, I'v checked the license and only 364 was locally consumed out of 1000 allocated.

I was thinking maybe size needs to be expanded somehow ! still assumption

What platform and base pack is the system running on?

By the looks of it you have hit the upper limit of the system capabilities. I haven't had a coffee yet this morning after a long weekend, but that number looks suspiciously like it is the limit of a CX(i) or a base pack limitation.

it is MXe 3300, I am using ISS, I used MSL and MCD 6.0 SP3 for VMCD 6.0.3.7

not sure if this is what you were asking about

if only there is a command to expand the default size maybe
i am trying to figure it out but i ran out of ideas and researches so far

You will need to check the Licenses -> Dimension Selection

its down the bottom of the list, default is 364, max is 2332.

I would suggest doing your homework before playing in this form. And backup before you do anything

I'v backped  and I tried to expand the dimension to 500 from 364 and it gave me this error message

"Insufficient memory for new dimension"

Ok, this statement is confusing

Do you have a physical 3300 controller box?
