Title: Can you just move DNI Phone to another port ?

3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2  EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU

I know I can delete a 4025 info from a port that is giving me trouble and then reprogram it on a new port.  But is there a way to just change the port info or move the phone ?

You could just program another ss4025 on another PLID in the system and use the "Move Swap" command.  You have to ensure that the phone types are the same.

After the swap, just move cross-connect wire to the new PLID and you're all done.  (delete the ss4025 you made up to facilitate the swap)
