Title: NuPoint - Voicemail to Email Function

Hi Guys,

We have a Mitel 3300 and a NuPoint Voicemail Server. Can someone give me some instructions or point me to a Manual that will help me configure the NuPoint to send our staff an Email when they receive and new Voicemail.

Should be in the documentation. There's a few ways to do this depending on the email environment and the version of NuPoint. You can do either standard or advanced UM, or just plain old SMTP forwarding.

Hi,

I have been looking through the NuPoint documentation that I have and it says that there are help documents on-line. I am not a registered user with Mitel. All I am trying to achieve is when a voice mail is left an email is sent to the user. Is there anywhere else where I can get hold of a copy of the Documentation that I am looking for?

What release of Nupoint are you running?
