Title: mitel 3300..not routing calls in a ring group

When the main member of a ring group is busy calls,should forward to diff. member, then if that member is busy, or rna.After 4 rings is should point back to original member......(1) it does not do this, and (2) it just continues to ring until some one picks it up....Inter. problem

Are speaking about an actual ring group or are you using call rerouting of extension A to B and want B to go back to A?

If its a real ring group programme overflow to go back to A
