Title: Axxess CPC or CPS Serial Location

Going to be replacing an old Axxess with 5000 HX and new phones. As part of the deal, we need to return the Axxess CPC or CPS to to Mitel.

Before we even get that far, they want to know the serial number of it. Where or how do I locate the serial number? (I've never touched anything before an HX.)

On the CPC card in the Axxess cabinet, far left card. Depending on the revision, it might be on the front of the card, or it might be on a sticker on the card itself (you may have to power down and remove the card to see it).

You will see it is on the sticker at the top of the card, the serial number is the bottom number on the bar code sticker.

It's in the far right slot of cabinet one.
