Title: Installing PO 5550 on MCD 3300

Hi everybody ,

i don't understand something.

When i try to declare in form USERS and DEVICE \ATTENDANT \IP CONSPOLES a new device 5550 IP , i receive  error message  :
 "CEID Index is not programmed or there are no CEID Digits (ARS Digits) assigned to this CEID" yet i have allready antother Po5550 ! :o
I admit, I do not remember how I installed :-[
What is the correct procedure for installing PO5550 ? can be just using the wizard my phone appear in the console?

can you enlighten me ?  8)

This error is referring to a Cluster Element ID not being programmed. Is this a new controller in a cluster, or the same controller as the other 5550?
