Title: Cannot reply to a Voicemail with the 2 Key

When some of our users leave a VM and you press 2 to reply you receive this error,"No return address for this message, you cannot answer it." Only happens to some others are fine. Anyone know the fix?

In order for the system to know where to reply to it has to know what mailbox the message was left from.
Try this:
1) log into your vm and leave a message for someone.
2) call that same person's extension and let it roll to VM.
3) have that person log into his mailbox, listen to the messages and try to reply.

I'm betting the message that was left when the call rolled to VM cannot be responded to.   If it can be then make another call from any non-prime line on your phone and let it roll again.  Try responding to that message.
