Title: IP5550 Console

Hi All,

I have 2 mitel 3300's running MCD 5 over 2 sites.  The IP5550 Consoles are based at Site A and adding the extensions to the Remote Busy Lamp form on the ICP at site A works to give BLF monitoring on the console if the extension is configured on the switch at site A.  How do I get the BLF to work for extensions on the switch at site B?

Are these system's clustered or just tied with trunks... If they are clustered you need to make sure they are in the Remote BLF list before adding them to the console. We typically handle this by adding a phantom phone and PKM and programming BLF keys on the PKM, they can then be added to the console.
