When I go into random extensions on different PBX's and go into the user and device form to change name or key's the form won't load as the "voicemail tab" sits there and tries to load but never does. I don't even get an error it just sits there and spins. The only way I have solved this is by deleting the ext. and re-adding it. I'm just sick of doing this and thought maybe someone else has had this issue. It seems to be random as it's happened at all of my locations.

No, I never knew this could cause issues. I will try this the next time I run across this issue.

Directory names!
Seen that happen when the user name and the voicemail name don't match.
Fix: delete both names and then add the name into the User and Device form, at that time the system will update both and will be in sync.
