Title: Mitel 5000 HX version 6.0 in Germany

Hi All
we have shipped a 5000 system to Germany and cant get the ISDN to work..
do i have to do any additional or different config to UK.
does anyone know about programming a ISDN 2 in Germany Please
we have the exact same setup like we do in the UK. I'm just wondering whether i need to anything different to that. For Ex Fixed 0 could be different that sort of a thing.
BTW i have tried Auto as well. It didn`t work.
we can see the BRM 2`s are online are online from the SAD tool. But when they try to dial out they get a busy tone after they press 9.
when we fire a call in there is a recording saying that all the lines are busy.

Unless things were changed and/or different than the states, dial out feature code is 8. Never set up a 5000 outside the US so not going to be able to help more than that...
