Hello All.
I have a 5340 in SIP mode running 8.0.05.02.01.06.
I can login into the Web interface without issue.
When I try to access the phone via Telnet I am prompted with:
Precise/RTCS shell
Mitel/SIP v05.02.01.06 shell
I have have tried various login & password combinations without success.
Is there a default Telnet login & password for the 5340 in SIP mode?

The web portal username admin, password is the phone type (5340 in this case)... this is the default on all Mitel phones in SIP mode.
My understanding is telnet is/was only for technical support, and only Mitel has the password, there is nothing the user or administrator can do via telnet. Mitel no longer supports SIP in the Mitel-branded series of IP phones.
