Title: Error or Broken calls in Current Calls (Mitel Sys Admin & Diag)
Post by: SteAnnesIT on January 13, 2014, 11:25:28 AM
I have four calls in progress from an extension that is supposed to be configured for a Cisco SIP to Analog device (ATA).  But the SIP ATAs aren't even connected yet, (I'm not even sure they work to be honest, provider still needs to work on it.)  But I'd like to Force End/Disconnect these calls and I have no idea how to go about doing so.

From name   From number   From type   To name   To number   To type   Status
EXT 2443   1:2443   SIP Phone   TG 92001   1:92001   DEV 129   Ringing
EXT 2443   1:2443   SIP Phone   TG 92001   1:92001   DEV 129   Ringing
EXT 2443   1:2443   SIP Phone   TG 92001   1:92001   DEV 129   Ringing
EXT 2443   1:2443   SIP Phone   TG 92001   1:92001   DEV 129   Ringing

They have been there for days or weeks and although it doesn't seem to be causing an issue, I'd just like to kill those sessions just in case.  Is there anyway to kill (Hangup/Disconnect) these calls in the system without doing something like deleting the extension?

You could try a scheduled reset tonight to see if that flushes it. You could also turn off SIP listening, but it requires a system reset implement as well.

Alright, thanks.  I'll reset the phone system after hours which I can do remotely.

RDPed in tonight and used the Reset option in the DB Programming console.  After restart the erroneous call sessions have disappeared.   Thanks.
