Title: PRG BLF

Can I monitor the line status of a PRG? I have the one busy all busy option selected. If they are on the prime the BLF status works, if they are on the second phone (which is an ONS phone) it doesn't show.

No you can not. The PRG are 8 separate users combined in one group but are still individually usable. You will need to set a BLF for each user in the group. That were the MDUG comes in to play. If 1 is busy the others can't use a line as the line is busy. A BLF on that will give the actual status of the group.
