Title: Annoying hang up messages on Mitel 5000...

I have several Mitel 5000 systems from release 5.0 to 6.0 and with each one the voicemail records hangup messages. I have tweaked the recording silence detection timers from 0 to 5 with apparently no effect.

What would I change to ensure callers that hang up when they hear the voicemail announcement are not recorded.

5000CP->Voice Processor->Devices->Mailboxes->xxx

Deliver Hangup Messages (when ANI is available)

Make sure to set to NO  8)
