Title: Nupoint voicemail to Exchange to gmail not working

So, we use Nupoint Build: 16.0.0.51.01 that uses the mapi connector with a superuser account that dumps voicemails to our users exchange boxes.  Any idea why those voicemails will not forward to gmail?  Our users have a rule setup that forwards all messages to a gmail account, but the voicemails never show up.

When I look at the exchange queue, I dont even see the voicemail messages in the log.  Is the nupoint, with the superuser account just putting messages in mailboxes without actually using IMAP?

I suspect the reason is because it's MAPI.
I'm not sure that the exchange rules operate on MAPI folders.
