Hi Guys,
I have this strange issue form my UCA users when a call come to their exten internally they can answer the call and get audio. However, when they received a call to their DID when they answer the call there is no Audio.
Any Help would be appreciated.

No audio either direction?
Are the users using softphones?

I would look at routing in the network. If you get audio internally then likely there is routing between the subnets containing the internal phones. The MCD might be on a differnent subnet then the phones and some routing might be missing between the subnet of the MCD and the subnet of the UCA clients. Some routing exists as the UCA does ring. Can you make an outgoing trunk call from the UCA. That would suggest there is some routing. Also by any chance are you using SIP trunks to deliver the DID's. That might suggest there is routing missing between the subnet that contains the UCA clients and the subnet that contains the border controller for the SIP trunks.

Nearly every single no audio/one way audio problem I've ever seen is due to either a firewall blocking a port, or an incorrect gateway IP address configured somewhere along the path. Check those 2 things first.
