Title: Ringing on 2 devices

Hi All,
I have a issue with a user UCA. When the receive a call they get the call ringing twice and they are unable to answer the call the would get ringing on 2 device.

Any help would be great.

How does the call get to the user? Is it ringing to their prime directly, does it ring to a hunt or ring group, maybe a multicall appearance?
