Title: Skype took over the dialer

Does anyone know how to re-associate the callto: and tel: links back to Contact Center Client? I found some settings in Skype- in the advanced settings menu- that allow you to set the callto: and tel: links to Skype. I deselected them and no luck. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Contact Center Client thinking it might take it back over on install. Still no luck. Ideas?

You may have to edit the registry.

Thank you. That was what I needed. I switched it from the skype key to "C:\Program Files (x86)\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Applications\ContactCenterClient\Plugins\prairieFyre.Extensions.Connectors.DDEPop.exe" "%1"

Hi Canfield

Do you need to install the plugin separately? I can't find it on my pc or on my server.

I am running version 6.0.2.2 currently
